Dear All,
We have just got confirmation from Labour Office that the holiday on 31st December 2010 as announced by Prime Minister is under Section 8 of the Holiday Act 1951 and therefore, we will observe the holiday tomorrow. Your respective managers will be communicating to you directly should you need to come for overtime. Those requested to work tomorrow will be paid as per public holiday OT rate.
