Kesesakan Lalulintas vs Penang Bridge

Salam Pagi Jumaat semua..

Saya masih diPG..
Hari2 berfeeling2 mekap n pilih baju nk pegi keje..
Hari2 bersuka-ria bkerja sambil jalan2 carik makan makanan terbaek di sini..
Tp disebabkan saya x bawak kamera masa pg makan, maka xde la entry makan2 saya yer..

Cuma, saya nk share pengalaman saya hari2 ulang alik lalu Penang Bridge (PB)..

Korang tahu kan yg PB ni dah pun dilebarkan menjadi 3 lanes?
Hmm.. saya mcm pelik.. ingatkan, bila dah 3 lanes, xde la nk jammed2 lagi.
Tp sama jugak ler.. Kenapa yer??

Sbb PB je yg dilebarkan jadi 3 lanes.. jalan susur keluar dari PB still lagi 2 lanes (certain area).. plus traffic flow dari jalan/simpang lain.. so total 4 lanes nk jadi 2 lanes?
tak ke haru tu?

Dekat sini xde org/pihak yg nk susun2 cone kat jalan time peak hour mcm yg slalu kita nampak kat area kl/sgor.. so mmg kena tepuk dada tanya selera, pandai2 la bawak keta.. hehehe..

Satu perangai driver PG ni (bukan SEMUA ok!), esp ladies (hehehe), derang x pandai nk bertolak ansur. Esp kalau tgk driver lane sblh bagi signal nak masuk depan kereta dia, time tu jugak la dia laju n cucuk keta depan. x caya, mai la try drive kat sini time peak hour or time jammed.

Pastu, satu benda yg saya pelik.. kalau korang yg drive ingat la kan.. masa sesi ceramah 3 jam time nk amik lesen L tu, ada org yg bagi ceramah tu mention, kalau nk masuk simpang kena secara bergilir2.
Hmm.. i mean.. yg kena bagi laluan kat kereta dari susur keluar tuk masuk, then kita jalan, then keta blakang kita kena allow keta dari susur keluar tu masuk, then baru jalan.. ada kan??? ke saya sorang je yg dengar benda tu???
Tu lagi satu masalah kat sini.. susah betul la nk dpt tgk benda ni kat sini.. x caya?? mai la try drive kat sini.. hehehe...

saya penah dulu, masa tu PB still under renovation, kena pulak weekend, malam sabtu, time tu ada Pesta PG. So kat toll PB tu mmg super jammed la. so, ada lane sblh kiri nak masuk lane kereta saya.. so trying to be good enough, saya bagi la kereta sblh masuk, and saya pun jalan la lepas kereta tu.. ttiba kereta blakang kereta sblh tu cucuk jugak nk masuk... saya buat kering je la.. (ni lagi satu kena buat kalau drive kat PG).. ttiba dia ketuk tingkap cermin kiri saya.. boleh bayangkan betapa dekatnya kereta kami time tu????

Dia ckp kat saya yg saya xde manners sbb x bagi dia masuk.. n saya jawab balik.. saya ke awak? saya dah bagi kerete depan awak masuk, so awak patut masuk blakang saya la... x belajar ke masa amik lesen?? terus saya jalan. :p

Tu blom kira kalau traffic light kat simpang 4 rosak. kalau jenis yg x berani nk 'keluar' tu, mmg x jalan la.. jauh skali nk gilir2 keluar simpang..

and.. cerita terakhir tuk arini... bygkan traffic yg very32x slow moving spjg PB tu, ttba ada sebijik kereta buat lane ke4 kat lane kiri (laluan motosikal)! kalau kelisa saya boleh terima lagi.. ni iswara.. lebar tu.. bahaya betul. 2 kali jd spjg minggu ni yg saya tgk.. yg saya x tgk tak tau la.. so, tuk sedapkan hati... saya ckp.. mungkin dia ada emergency... hehehe..

so kesimpulan, saya mmg x dapat mmandu secara berhemat mcm diKL kat PG nih.. hahahaha.. utk pemandu2 diluar PG yg nk datang PG, try la elakkan time PEAK hours, sbb kalau korang melancong kat sini.. mcm buang masa la pulak dok dlm jammed tu..

sekian yg melaporkan.. esok dah nak balik Puchong.. :)

Difference between http:// and https://

Salam semua..
Sihat?? Dah breakfast??
Saya dah.. perut tgh padat mampat sbb baru sudah makan set B [toast bread+sosej+2 telur mata+ baked beans] kat cafe..

Pagi ni saya dpt feeling2 belek lemari carik baju lagi.. hahahah.. dapat feeling2 jammed..
(sila la layan sbb lagi 3 ari saya akan buat statement yg sama jugak.. hahahaha).

Btw, arini nk cerita pasal http/https yg ada kat setiap website yg kita dok click2 tu.

Dedicated kepada mereka2 yg suka buat online payment.

Credit to Acik saya, sbb dia yg forward email pasal nih.. hehehe..

Difference between http:// and https://

The main difference between http:// and https:// is -

It's all about keeping you secure, HTTP stands for HyperText Transport Protocol, which is just a fancy way of saying it's a protocol (a language, in a manner of speaking) for information to be passed back and forth between web servers and clients.

The important thing is the letter S which makes the difference between HTTP and HTTPS. The S (big surprise) stands for 'Secure'.

If you visit a website or webpage, and look at the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the following:

http://. This means that the website is talking to your browser using the regular 'unsecure' language..

In other words, it is possible for someone to 'eavesdrop' on your computer's conversation with the website. If you fill out a form on the website, someone might see the information you send to that site.

This is why you never ever ever enter your credit card number in an http website!

But if the web address begins with https://, that basically means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can eavesdrop on.

You understand why this is so important, right?

If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card information, you should automatically look to see if the web address begins with https://.
If it doesn't, there's no way you're going to enter sensitive information like a credit card number!

Example:
Maybank website : http://www.maybank2u.com.my

BUT, not to include on those yg rajin terima email SPAM pasal internet banking, yg mintak verify password ke, credit card info ke.. yg itu mmg terang2 SPAM aka TIPU. sometimes you'll see the address is showing https, ye la, sbb si penipu tu sorang je yg boleh tgk info tu ..

Sharing is Caring.. Muahhhhhh

Oh Tidak! Dah ari Khamis..

In fact, dah petang Khamis. Kuang kuang kuang.

Punya la bz kan.. sampai dah nak abih minggu baru nak ada 1 post.. adusss.. dah la en.Nuff tgh nak rajin melawat blog nih.. xpe xpe.. meh saya start post dengan cerita isnin-selasa-rabu-kamis saya..

Actually, xde p mana or buat apa melainkan perihal en.laptop kompeni ni dilawat dek 'Trojan Horse'. jadiknyer, segala keje2 yg nk dibuat tetap kena buat tp dengan kaedah yg paling lembab. aduh la.. penangan Trojan nih, jadikan saya buat keje sambil menguap tau!. tu yg x sempat nak buat apa melainkan terpaksa menumpukan spenuh jiwa dan raga kat keje. Kalau x tumpu kang x abih pulak keje.

Laptop ni dah lembab since rabu last week. tp dia on off. kejap ok, kejap x ok. pastu bila dah ari kamis dah CPU usage dah maintain 100% je, harus la kena buat something jugak kan. 2 hari 2 malam saya scan laptop ni baru siap. ntah apa2 ntah yg dok dalam laptop nih. hehehhehe. tu yg bleh terjumpa si Trojan nih. hampeh tul.

Isnin, masuk opis Tropicana sbb nk soh org IT check laptop. bila on je laptop nih, dengan sopan santun ala2 gaya anak dara nk dipinang, boleh pulak CPU usage turun sampai 10%.. adeh la.. tahu la dah buang si Trojan aritu.. tp mcm x logik la pulak sbb last guna still mcm lembab jugak..

masuk tengah ari, agaknya dia tau saya makan kat bgunan sblh sambil bergossip ngan cikMami kot, dia start buat pasal.. sat dia ok, sat dia x ok. dah mcm chipsmore. terus bagi org IT check, dia ckp ok. normal. cuma dia pun notice yg kejap ok kejap x ok tu.. so --> dia ckp, dia nk reformat je laptop nih.. ha.. bagus jugak. laptop ni pun x penah buat hal.. hahaha.. umo dia sama umo si zarif, ni first time dia buat hal..

So ari selasa, lepas saya letak laptop kat org IT nih, terus saya keluar.. pg mana.. pegi ee-ki-ya.. hahahaha.. xde maknanya saya nk menlangut kat opis. bukan ada desktop yg boleh saya guna pun.. kalau ada pun, habuan saya nk chatting/update blog je kot sbb application yg saya guna xde.. nk duduk kat lobi baca majalah.. mcm bosan la pulak.. stakat 1-2 jam boleh la nk baca.. pastu?? nk tdo?? hahaha.. jadiknya, aritu abih la masa saya kat ee-ki-ya.. bak kata en.hubby yg tepon saya time saya jalan2 cuci mata sambil2 test sofa kat situ.. 'haa.. makan gaji buta yer.. ' cis.. ada pulak. extra hours saya agak2 saya la kan, dah boleh cover tuk 5 ari tau..

apa yg menarik kat ee-ki-ya?? hmm.. mcm2 yg menarik hati jiwa raga saya. ye la, org nak masuk umah baru camne la kot perangai nya kan.. suka2. saya suka semua yg kt sana. yg org x suka pun saya suka.. lagipun, depa letak yg display tu mesti yg semua org suka kan..

dah.. saya dah mmbebel yg bukan2..

so smalam, suppose work back as normal.. mana2 keje yg tersangkut ari isnin-selasa boleh la nk cover smalam...  tp en.zarif pulak panas badan.. so bawak dia pegi klinik, amik ubat lunch etc etc, dpt la jugak cover keje ari isnin sket, selasa sket, urgent sket.. stay up sampai malam lagi.. huhuhu..

and arini.. keje cam biasa.. sebab tu la dapat buat post secara pantas nih.. tata.. mau sambung keje..

The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarship in school?" and the youth answered "none".

The director asked, " Is it your father pay for your school fees?" the youth answered, my father passed away when I was one year old, it is my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked, " Where did your mother worked?" the youth answered, my mother worked as cloth cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hand, the youth showed a pair of hand that is smooth and perfect to the director.

The director asked, " Did you ever help your mother washed the cloth before?" The youth answered, never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books, furthermore, my mother can wash cloths faster than me.

The director said, I had a request, when you go back today, go and help to clean your mother's hand, and then see me tomorrow morning.

The youth felt that its chance of landing the job is high, when he went back, he happily wanted to clean his mother's hand, his mother feel strange, happy but mixed with fear, she showed her hand to the kid.

The youth cleaned his mother's hand slowly, his tear drop down as he did that.  It is first time he found his mother's hand is so wrinkled, and there are so many bruises in her hand. Some bruises incites pains so strong that shiver her mother's body when cleaned with water.

This is the first time the youth realized and experienced that it is this pair of hand that washed the cloth everyday to earn him the school fees, the bruises in the mother's hand is the price that the mother paid for his graduation and academic excellence and probably his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother hand, the youth quietly cleaned all remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and sons talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director's office

The director noticed the tear in the youth's eye, asked: " Can you tell you what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The director asked, " please tell me your feeling."

The youth said, Number 1, I knew what is appreciation, without my mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, I knew how to work together with my mother, then only I can realize how difficult and tough to get something done.  Number 3, I knew the importance and value of family relationship.

The director said, " This is what I am asking, I want to recruit a person that can appreciate the help of other, a person that knew the suffering of others to get thing done, and a person that would not put money as his only goal in life to be my manager. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates, every employees worked diligently and in a team, the company's result improved tremendously.

A child who has been protected and habitually given whatever he did, he developed "entitlement mentality" and always put himself first. He is ignorance of his parent's effort. When he started work, he assumed every people must listen to him, and when he became a manager, he would never know how suffering his employee and always blame others.  For this kind of people, he can have good result, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement, he will grumble and full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parent, did we love the kid or destroy the kid?

You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experienced it. After a meal, let them washed their plate and bowl together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way.  You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parent are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learn how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learn the ability to work with others to get thing done.

Physical development

Your child now probably handles small objects with ease. He can stack blocks, knock over towers, pull off his shoes, turn book pages, and hold a cup with one hand. He might even be able to balance on one foot for a second or take a big jump forward with his feet together.

Controlling impulses and negative behaviour

Your child is slowly developing the ability to control his actions -- but at this age, he's still prone to a fair amount of pushing, shoving, yelling and tantrums. You can't expect perfect behaviour from him all the time. Keep reminding him in positive ways that talking gets better results than physical action -- and make sure you praise him when he makes an effort to communicate with words.

Making rules make sense

Helping your child understand the "why" of rules will make it easier for him to follow them. Explain that we do some things to stay safe -- such as holding hands while crossing the street and wearing shoes outside. Keep your rules reasonable, clear and consistent, and be patient while he learns to follow them. Most children will need a lot of gentle reminders.

Intense concentration

Your child's attention span is lengthening, and sometimes he'll be so absorbed in his play that he'll resent your interruption. You can make transitions easier by warning him in advance, as in "You can play with the blocks for five more minutes, but then it's dinner time." When you can, be flexible with your timing. And keep in mind that some children might need a couple of warnings to ease their transition away from play.

Notahati: Paling nampak sekali kat throwing tantrums la. aduyai.. cabaran mental & fizikal betul.. :)

BAGAN LALANG: More than Some 20 Motorola employees rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty to give the mangrove forest of Sepang a fighting chance against strong tidal waves and floods.
The employees planted 150 Rhizophora mucronata (bakau kurap) saplings at the Sg Sepang Kechil river bank. of the brown and widened Sg Sepang Kechil.
The trees, bakau kurap saplings which have a network of stilt or harsh roots, is are the second layer or barricade of mangrove trees species which shield the Sepang coastline against heavy strong sea currents.
There are four layers barricades of mangrove trees here including the infantry-like Avicennia (pokok api-api) and Sonneratia trees (pokok perepat) which have respiritory roots.
These heavyweight sentinels also mainly make up the third layer barricade of the forest.
The final level of defence is the Bruguiera (pokok lenggadai) buttress roots and knee roots which reduces cushion the impact of waves and winds by up to 90 per cent.
Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) volunteer R. Nagarajan, who led the sapling planting team, said that efforts of company’s like companies such as Motorola were are imperative to give the unique mangrove ecosystem of the mangroves a chance to survive human encroachment and the effects of development.
“The widening of the river by the government several years ago has prevented the river from inundating and flooding the nearby villages.
But with heavy soil deposition, the riverbank is hardening.
“The river needed needs more sentinel mangroves to grip it to and cushion soften the impact of storms and tsunamis on the long term,in the long-term,” said the volunteer Nagarajan, who is attached to volunteers for the Sepang Goldcoast Environment Interpretative Centre which is run by the MNS.
He said that mangroves were unique as it exists in inter-tidal areas with brackish water which is (a mixture of freshwater and sea water).
“One ha hectare of mangroves can support 9,000 trees.
“This is why mangroves are the nursery for a rich and diverse ecosystem of marine and coastal plants and animals.
“Malaysia is especially blessed because we have sandy coasts on the East east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and muddy coasts ones on the West west.
“This directly contribute contributes to our rich mangrove species,” heritage,” he added.
Motorola Malaysia Country Manager country manager Mohd Rauf Nasi also said that the sapling planting its mangrove project was part of Motorola’s Global Day of Service.
The project allows employees time off from work to engage in community outreach projects.
The community social responsibility (CSR) project which began in 2006 under the Motorola foundation is expected to engage more than 6,000 employees in 37 countries this year.
“The theme for this year is Green&Global.
“Through this initiative, we hope to cultivate a caring community and empower people to be agents of environmental change and protection,” said Rauf.
He also said that since 2005, the company has reduced carbon its carbon footprint by 35%, while we keep on working towards challenging reduction targets 35 per cent and is working to reduce it even more.
“Motorola believes that sustaining the environment, minimizing minimising harmful impact, and offering green products make good business sense.”
He added that Motorola hoped that they would to lead by example by creating an awareness among Malaysians as well as other companies on the importance of environmental conservation.
